You're *way* out of line here Bob.  VMSnet exists because of Terry's efforts,
not yours or mine.  Terry is to the vmsnet hierarchy what David Lawrence is to
the comp hierarchy and is responsible for the newgroups and the status of all
groups in vmsnet.  If he chooses to issue a change to vmsnet.admin that made it
moderated, I would honor it.

His posting was simply a reminder to tell people what the appropriate group is.
