I too am looking for something like this.

A couple of months ago I received a reply from a product like this. It was
called MAIL_WATCH (or WATCH_MAIL). All I know about it is it is running on
an All-in-1 machine at Customer Support at DEC in Maynard. I asked for some
info from my contact, but have not heard back yet.
