Howdy. We have 2 RA82s and 4 RA81s that I'd like to replace. They're connected to a VAX 6320 via two KDB50 controllers. My plan is to replace them with a 4.0GB SABB consisting of 4 RA72s. According to the DECdirect catalog, the SA72-PK is for VAX 6xxx Field Installable, which *should* mean that it will fit inside the 6320 cabinet. Naturally, we have no money, but I can finance them over a couple of years using the maintenance we're currently paying on the RA8xs. My question to you, if you know the answer, is: is there anything else I need besides the SA72-PK? They should fit in our 6320 cabinet and hook directly to our KDB50s---right? Am I missing anything?
