Here at school we have a VAX/VMS system.  I would like to use other software
out there for it but I can't seem to set it up or I don't know what I'm doing.
It is VAX/VMS v5.5-1 and the monitors available to us are VT100 and VT330+.  I
have a few questions about the system I would like to see answered.

1.  How do I unZ a program?
2.  How do I unshar a program?
3.  How do I unTAR a program?
4.  Are there any good utilites I could run on this system?
5.  Are there any good games I could run on this system?
6.  How do I get Emacs to run/work on this system?

I am not a system adminstrator or anything close to it.  I'm just a student
with a standard account who would more information to fully use this system.
