Hi all.  Many winters ago, I saw a VAX FORTRAN cross-referencing
utility named INDEX.  Does anyone know where I can get a copy of
it?  Thanks in advance.

I have a copy of INDEX V3.29, dated 5 Oct 1989. The author is:

     Michael N.  LeVine
     Code 3512
     Naval Weapons Center
     China Lake
     California
     93555

     (619) 939-2614
      AVN  437-2614
     levine%fidler.decnet@nwc.navy.mil

I received it from him about 1.5 years ago. The source files are
about 3500 blocks in total, but ZOO compresses it down to about
570 block, 807 blocks when uuencoded, so I could for example post
that to vmsnet.sources or E-mail it to you if you (or anyone else)
want. Make sure it does not bounce back to me!
