I think your boss is a perspicacious individual with the temeritous
leadership skills necessary to take Beckman Industries far with his
insightful and original thinking.  In time as you grow older and as
you lose that beard, you will see your boss in a new light, and the
team of the both of you wizards working together will bring forward
new futures to successful operation and installation of software in
the next century or beyond.

I think your boss's talents need to be further respected by you, an
accomplishment that I'm sure your hubris can understand.  In time I
venture to prophesy that you will agree your boss is a genius!
