VAX/VMS BBS system?

(I posted a similar message on vmsnet.misc... this is NOT cross-posted...)

I've inherited a MicroVAX II, and when the project I'm working on is over, I'll
have a spare phone line on which I'd like to install a publicly-available
bulletin board system. I'd like the users to be "captive accounts" with VERY
limted access to VMS... you know, like a real "PC-based BBS".

I remember seeing one on DECUS tapes many years ago, but haven't been able to
find it in any archives that I've accessed.

Is anyone using a VAX-based BBS they really like? Can you point me to
source/executables?

Thanks!
Ray
