I have converted a layered version of EVE to run under Ultrix
with very few problems, but would also like to install the help
for my editor. How does one create the .hlbu files used for help
under Ultrix? (They look internally as though they have been
created from normal VMS .hlp files, with readable text indexing
added at the end of the file.)

I haven't found any clues in the EVE sample code, and "man -k"
didn't show up anything, although it is always a question of
knowing what to ask for :-)
