Only time it worked for me was when I purchased a heap of ram years ago then the earthquake hit and ram prices tripled, It was a good time to have over purchased. Problem is that RAM prices drop too often to keep too many in stock. Same with most PC parts but if a chain store gets a 50% discount on a container load of thumb drives then the wholesale price drops by 80% while that load is in transit, which often happens they are stuck flogging off yesterdays in thing. The longer they have it the worse it gets. Wouldn't you like to pay premium prices for a 1GB sticks and then have 2GB available for less. -- Brad Leyden 6 43.5816' S 146 59.3097' E WGS84 To mail spam is really hot but please reply to thread so all may benefit (or laugh at my mistakes) > >
