**India does not need Uranium. India has huge supplies of thorium. Thoriuym 
is used to make nuclear energy. The ONLY downside of thorium, is that a 
nation cannot make bombs out of it. Why do you think India wants Uranium 
(given that it has all the thorium it requires to make reactors)?
