Talk to your MD. Keep some hard candies in your car. As a long time
diabetic, I can tell you that what happens is a low blood sugar issue
and sucking on a hard lollie will bring you out quickly.

Make sure you talk to your doctor though to be sure how large a dosage
you'll need. He can give you glucose tolerance tests that will help
you predict when those episodes will occur and how to deal with them.

If you don't do that, please don't drive before you hurt those kids
you ferry about or yourself.
