Not always. I've had telemarketers call my mobile phone, too. When
telemarketers call a fixed phone I usually hang up immediately, but if one
calls my mobile at peak rates I'm quite happy to let the dollars tick over
while I listen to their spiel, ask questions, THEN hang up. :)
