Have you ever read any of the Supreme Court's rulings and/or federal
laws, etc?  Some of those suckers are just absolutely impressive -
well written, well argued, etc (and wrt laws, especially those that
make it through a couple passes of the Supreme Court's review).  I've
encountered numerous laws/opinions that really wow me (and honestly I
don't wow easily).  'Stuff to learn from' imho - i.e., learn by
example from the best.

In particular, ever looked at the R.I.C.O. act?  The wording, in many
parts, has that timeless feel to it!  How about section 1029 (just one
of the fun ones) - relating to fraud & related activity in connection
with access devices.  Yowza!  

Well reasoned, well written cogent arguments/laws are a joy to read
and joy to use!  How's that phrase go?  "Make sure to take your balls
out of your wife's purse before you come to court!"  And that comment
applies to attorneys as well as to other participants.

There really doesn't seem to be that many holes in the laws folks!
Those who think so perhaps better learn to read more (and learn how
to form cogent arguments themselves) to avoid the laughter of others!
