As I'm contemplating doing the legwork to start up a regional hierarchy, I figured hey! why do all the work myself! I can scam the information needed out of a few naive and unsuspecting netters! Then I thought if I wanted more than half-eaten scones and worn-out gym socks, I'd better ask politely. Ergo: Would someone out there in your distant regional hierarchy send me a copy of whatever you use to guide & manage newsgroup creation? I'd like to see what kinds of procedures are used, how flexible they are, whether rules are hard and fast or informality rules, and the like. It would be oh so appreciated. Thanks! (forgive the prose, I've just spent half an hour in rec.arts.poems and alt.religion.kibology ... unintentionally...) -- Daniel A.
