KERRY & TRIAL LAWYERS DESTROY JOBS

John Kerry is beholden to trial lawyers who have heavily supported his
campaign.

Trial lawyers do no productive work. All they do is take money out of
the system. They produce no goods or services yet they receive huge
salaries. Where does the money to pay them come from? In the end it
comes out of the salaries of the working people. And it drives the
cost of goods and services up.

Why is it that labor and the cost of living is so high in America? The
answer is the presence of all the hogs at the trough, the people who
do no productive work for the money that they take out of the system.
Number one among these hogs are the trial lawyers, whose sole purpose
in life is to sue people and companies. You've seen their ads on TV,
urging everybody to contact them to sue just about anybody for just
about anything.

Maybe you think it's great that lawyers are suing everybody, but do
you realize who is paying for all this litigation? The american
worker! Do you really think that the businesses that are being sued
are just going to eat the settlements? No, the settlements are a cost
of business. Do you know what that means? It means that the cost is
passed on to the consumer in terms of higher prices. It also means
that if costs are too high then the company will be forced to go
overseas to find cheaper labor to offset the higher costs.

Liberals love to gloat when a big company is forced to pay a big
settlement. Then they scream when the company passes this cost on
down to the consumer and when the company goes overseas for cheap
labor.

What else did you expect!

Let me be blunt. Trial lawyers don't punish big business. They punish
the average working man and woman and liberals just can't see the
folly in what they are doing by supporting what trial lawyers are
doing.

John Kerry and his trial lawyer supporters will ruin America if you
give them the chance!

We cannot afford to let this country be run by the trial lawyers. 

We cannot afford to have John Kerry as president!
