Probably needs $1 mill to get up to code, that's why the locals aren't
biting. So try to sell it to someone else that's absentee....

How about some numbers?  Like gross income, expense list, current rental 
rates and how they compare to others in the area, financing options by 
owner, etc.  $570,000 is meaningless.  Its like telling somebody how 
long the fish was and holding up one hand.
