wtitten by the futuresguy@geocities.com: i assume by 'avalanche' you mean mailbombing. this threat has been duly noted. you accuse me of spamming the wpg.general ng. i disagree, for the following reasons: a) i trade the winnipeg commodity exchange on a regular basis b) i have clients in winnipeg who are interested in what i have to post in that particular ng c) wpg. is relevant to commodity trading and related subjects, esp. agriculture d) .general - by definition - means many varied subjects e) mailbombing is an abuse of netiquette and of an internet provider's services. i wouldn't recommend it. ilos and geocities have also received copies of this email, for future reference. if you wish to get into a debate with me, smarten up, improve your grammar, then come back and try again. Dear Mr.Hill Well here I am smartening up! You assume by avalanche I meant e-mail bombing. You have assumed wrong! I was refering to the avalanche of complaints you will be getting if you continue to spam certain .gen groups. I suggest to you that your customers would be better served if you actually spent time working for them. A quick check in dejanews reveals that you post on average 3-4 times a day. Do you consider your customers so illerate as they need to read your advertizing (I call it spam) 3-4 times daily? I also am wondering why, living in Calgary, that you do not include them in your SERVICE!! Fear not, I have included them here, as I am sure it was just an oversite. You say you have clients here, well I doubt it but maybe you can get 1 or 10 to post a reply to this thread. To me sir, you are advertizing for customers, which does not belong in a .gen group as you full well know. I have included all the other ng's that you post to in the header, so you know where to post. I can only conclude from this that you are advertizing ( or spamming). Please feel free to correct my grammer as you see fit, and you can smarten me up at your leisure. ps. I have left out your place of employment on purpose, as I do not wish to cause you personal harm, or your employer. My sole purpose is to direct you to the proper groups to post, ahhhh but that you already know, don't you. regards beergut
