I see you cross-posted to can.legal and Halifax General (Huh???). Better
get some truth/facts out there lest people mistake you for a victim.

#1: You reversed the order of his comments. No big deal, I suppose, but
thanks for the example of your ever-creative snippage/editing.

#2: You have been at Terry's throat for at least a year to my knowledge.

You have:
(a) Challenged him to a violent (by your own admission and standards)
altercation.
(b) Mocked him repeatedly regarding his state of health and injuries
following a near-fatal accident.
(c) Mocked him and his wife regarding her near-fatal breast cancer.
(d) Repeatedly called him a "murderer" when you know he has never been
accused, charged, or found guilty of murder. Not even manslaughter. Not
even assault. Nada. Yet you persist in this inflammatory and deliberate
misrepresentation of Terry.
(e) Turned up uninvited at a meeting he was having with some friends in
what I believe was an attempt to cause him to react violently to you.
(f) Threatened to sue him.
(g) Threatened to have him charged with uttering threats/death threats.
(h) Threatened to reveal private information online in an attempt to
have him silenced.
(i) Threatened to call his place of employment, have the Police charge
him during work hours, or have a Summons served on him during work
hours. All in an attempt to get him fired or to use the threat of
getting him fired to silence him.
[Note: It may have been someone else. You have threatened so many
people, it gets a bit confusing.]
(j) Called his ISP, threatened them with negative media exposure, and
attempted to get his account cancelled when the above threats didn't
work.
(k) Persist in your threats to have him silenced by any means, fair or
foul.
{I could go on, but that should suffice for any reasonable person.]

Recently, you claimed you had an altercation with a stranger on the
streets of Winnipeg, in which you claim you were hit in the face. If it
is true, that's unfair but quite understandable. You have a growing
history of forcing confrontation, threatening, and generally making
yourself as obnoxious as possible.

It seems strange to me, but you appear to want -- even demand -- a
violent reaction from others. Seek help, Don. You are quite unwell.
