The first guide of it's type to job hunting on the Internet, this
list includes resources for job listings and other job-related
information on the Internet that can be accessed at no additional
cost to the job hunter. Links to additional job-hunting guides
and collected links are included.

If you have telnet capability but not access to the Web, you can
telnet to a public web server. Try these sites.

	        www.cern.ch login:www

There are also public clients for gopher access.

	telnet seymour.md.gov login:gopher
	        cat.ohiolink.edu login:gopher
	        consultant.micro.umn.edu login:gopher

If you only have email access to the Internet, you can still get web
pages and everything else. Send this message to this address to get
