I have had nothing but positive dealings with Royal - they include top 
notch parts (unlike Packard Bell - who's technical service was rated at 
ZERO by a computer magazine a little while ago).  In fact I purchased 
from them because Gateway 2000 completely screwed up my order.  

Gateway 2000 sent me the wrong computer to start with.  And then sent 
another.  I called about the first to send it back.  So they sent yet 
ANOTHER of the wrong computer.  And they wanted me to PAY to send them 
all back.  When I had three computers sitting in my house - all the wrong 
one - they sent a monitor.  All by itself.  I got on the phone and 
SCREAMED at them and they gave me a code so that they could be sent back.

I have been *very* pleased with Royal.  I'm sure people could give horror 
stories for every single company out there.  I'd buy from Royal again.
