WorldWide Access, a Chicago-based Internet Service Provider is seeking 
applications for Technical Support positions for work in its downtown (Loop) 
office. 

Technical Support Representatives should have the following qualifications: 

     Working knowledge of the UNIX (BSDI, Solaris, Linux) operating system 
     Windows (3.1, Workgroups, NT and/or 95) experience 
     Extensive Internet experience 
     Windows 95 and Mac a plus 
     HTML, Web Design Skills a plus 
     Excellent communication skills 
     The ability to work well in a group environment
