A bit more info from a West Coast source.....Verio is doing an across the board downsizing. All their operations are expected to meet some corporate "revenue per employee" size. When you are bleeding, this is the quickest way to stop the hemorrhage. Dave Vrona had no choice in the matter. This must have been difficult for Dave because he really does care about his people. To be accurate, some on the list (Dan Cross and Rich Nuttle) resigned just before Friday, but they are not being replaced. So the bottom line is still reduced headcount. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- You will be assimilated. - Resistance is futile - Have a nice day. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- JJ <jjacobus@ponyx.com> wrote in article <01bddf29$51501d60$953ef1cf@thoroughbred>... > From what I I've been able to gather here is the casualty list: > > Jackson Brunsting > Dan Cross > Kevin Hill > Rich Nuttle > David Ressman > William Rockwood > Eric Seale > Kim Scarborough > > There are a couple more high-profile resignations to come. > > JJ <jjacobus@ponyx.com> wrote in article > <01bddee8$750ce440$a83ff1cf@thoroughbred>... > > From a friend who is in the same building as Verio Chicago (formerly > WWA), > > I heard that there was a major layoff at our ISP on Friday..
