Making a decision to lay-off WORKERS who actually keep the company running, is not something smart or vital to a company. Management is the VIRUS of a company, and is always making things more difficult and less efficient, and eventually destroys the company. Of COURSE they are never going to lay themselves off. No virus destroys itself.
