I've been testing this out on my own since Verio/WWA won't look at it until
Monday.

The problem does appear to be a WWA only problem. When I sent a mail
message to my domain using Pine from the shell, I got a bounce back
MAILER-DAEMON message saying "unknown domain". I was able to send mail
from other sources such as CompuServe, AOL and a couple other non-WWA
sources. I'm not clear on why I get the bounce back when using Pine and not
from Eudora but that may be another problem.

Another interesting piece: I've sent several e-mails to support@wwa.com.
The return address is my domain name that is in question
(jjacobus@ponyx.com). The automated e-mails from the WWA support system are
getting to my domain, but e-mails that I send are not. The header shows
that support@wwa.com mail comes from maki.wwa.com.

Are there multiple DNS tables to handle mail from different systems?
