JBuilder 5 Enterpise Edition;
Personal Oracle8 for Windows NT/Windows 95, Release 8.0.3 ;
JDBC thin driver for Oracle 8.0.4

Q1: Can I use this driver with Oracle 8.0.3 ? If not, which thin driver
I should use ?
Q2: How I should install this driver ? Just copy jdbc80406-nt.zip in
some folder, unpack it, or what ?
Q3: After  adding a JDBC driver to JBuilder (and creating appropriates
.library and .config files) oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver is now
"black" on the Drivers list in the Connection Property dialog box . URL
is :

        jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:ORCL

However, when I try to connect via Database Pilot, always one error
message appear:
           Connection refused: connect
