What response did you get?  If you got a "change password" display with
three text input fields, it did not work fine.  That's what you get with
the lynx-mangled query string.  You're supposed to get just one input
field.  Older versions of lynx work.

Neither did I.  And if I add just ONE character to the query string
after the ampersand, the new Lynx has no problems anymore either.
