Mainly out of curiosity, I perused the DejaNews search engine to see
how many a2i newsgroup articles were being archived there, and discovered
that the articles posted to a2i.info by Rahul were not showing up,
possibly because they had a "Distribution: a2i" line in the header.
I didn't see any x-no-archive line in those posts, so I assume the
"Distribution: a2i" is all it takes to keep our local newgroups local.
How about it, Rahul -- would it help reduce the spammers' access to a2i
if we all started putting "Distribution: a2i" in the headers for our
posts and followups to a2i newsgroups? (Sorry if this question has
been asked & answered before, but darned if I can find it.)
