Yes, it would.  Now the question is whether it is justified.  Agression,
on its own, is morally neutral.

In the case of someone walking off a job, we could ask why she did so - if
it was unjustified (and not in keeping with the contract (2 weeks notice,
etc), the quitter should be held accountable financially for the loss the
owner incurred.
