I'd be grateful to see them.   I've only found the 1997 study which
used home made insoles.

Which used commercially available insoles for periprheral and diabetic
neuropathy pain and were very successful.   There is a multisite study
across the US now in progress.

If you know of other studies please let me know, I would like to add
them to my collection.   I have over 200 positive studies and only 9
negative studies.
