I am in need of a contract basis software developer.

The present project includes development of a audio record/playback
software package with a very specific format of user interface. The
prototype has been completed in a DOS environment, however the final
project must be redone completely to operate in the NT or 95
environment.

The language of this project is up to the selected contract person /
team.

Windows drivers for the specific sound card are already available from
the manufacturer.

Interested parties should reply via email to
radio@monarch.net

Time is somewhat critical, and the financial agreement will be finalized
with the individual applicant(s).
