I try to avoid the use of RAD tools. Visual Basic and Delphi are good
products for the purpose that they are meant for.

I prefer to code  C++ rather than basic or pascal.

I used Borland products since Turbo C++ 1.0 was released.

Today, I find Visual C++ to be the industry standard for commercial grade
software construction.
