I have decided to take a 'moon-lighting' consulting job to earn a few extra dollars. I have a full time job during the day. I am going to do some custom programming for another business. This is the first time that I have done anything like this. My question is: I assume that I need to come up with a contract, does anyone have a generic contract for software development services rendered, or does anyone know where I can get some help with this? I don't suspect that this business would want to cheat me, but I would like to have something in writing, as well as something to build on in the future. Thanks in advance!
