I will overview what the nine key differentiators are that 
separate the developers that rise to the top of the 
profession and get the best jobs and projects from the 
rest of the crowd. Most have little to do with technical skills,
and are too often overlooked. After nine years in placing 
the top 20% of the talent pool, I am able to help people 
identify what the nine essential skills are that they need 
to get to the top. I would look forward to giving the entire 
group an inside look at the fast lane for software developers 
and the tools they can use to enhance their weaker areas.
