I had the same problem when I ordered the DaVinci Code. I didn't know that the download was going to be in .pdf. I went to adobe's activation and it appears that my laptop and pocket pc are both activated but I couldn't copy the book to my handheld. I just called amazon back requesting a refund and they said they will get back with me within 1 or 2 business days which is very frustrating but what can you do? Has anyone had problems with them and refunds/exchanges of digital information?
