Printing 2-up pages is not built into Acrobat, but into your printer
drivers. It seems some drivers don't have this function; some have it
and work with Acrobat; and some have it, but don't get it right and
don't work with Acrobat.   Either way, the only people who can fix it
are the makers of the driver.
