Good morning! I have a product cd that I created in Acrobat 5.0. It's on a cd accompanied by an autorun file and index and index PDX files. Created on a WIN 2000 Pro machine. 

In seven different test environments, the cd performed ideally. But when it came to present it to the first of the decision makers, it returned the "file read error" upon autoload. 

That error makes the user use the file inside a Reader window, rather than in full-screen, as it was designed to do. 

User is running Reader 4.05, and WINNT. A test machine with that similar structure netted no problems. 

Anyone know what the issue is? Research in these forums and inside Acrobat have not returned me a solution.
