I am experiencing the same problem with the Submit button.  I used the exact Javascript language shown on the Adobe Help, p. 167.  The form will return to me if I send it to myself, but not from a remote user sending it to me via the Internet.  Then it either locks up the person's pc or nothing happens at all. 

Please advise how to correct the problem.
