Well, exxcuuuuse me, Ms Gonzalez.  This is the first time I've ever submitted something to your little elite group.  You see I'm not as techy as perhaps you are.  I thought if I trailed on someone's problem with version 5 and mine is version 4, someone real tech like yourself would point out that the versions were different.  Dawn was having trouble opening her version 5.  So you see I really was not asking you to do much of anything.  And actually, in looking at 3 or 4 messages related to the same problem as mine, no one your little group has answered, other than your comment which is really as much of a pain in the back of my lap as the whole adobe thing.  It appears from the number of issues it is not a real easy thing for us commoners to use.
