I have two different printers on different computers both running Windows 98. Some technical PDF documents have trouble printing lines on graphs and figures that are included in the documents. The missing lines are different on the different printers. These printers both use the latest windows drivers and are not postscript printers. It seems that in each new version of Acrobat Reader this problem gets worse. I suspect that the behavior may depend on the source of the PDF documents. In all cases the document displays correctly on the screen. What is going on? Is it a postscript/windows compatability issue? How can I fix the problem? Surely others must have this same difficulty. Do they just ignore it? What is Adobe doing about it? Whose issue is it? Anyone with any answers or suggestions on where to find answers please help.
