I think you stand a better chance of getting an answer by insisting here than by trying to contact Adobe. You have the Contac Us button on top of this page for that. In any case, getting a definite answer here is a matter of luck: you need that someone who knows the answer reads your post, and this can take some time. You have only been "in the air" for four hours, so don't be impatient.
