hello karl and tom,

got exactly same problem with some of my customers. one is the handling between outlook mac and windows! first - when you have attached the pdf to your mail - you should try to set the attachment-coding in the attachment-menu to "any computer (apple double)" (german version: "beliebiger computer"). dont choose "mac" or "windows"! this may solve the problem...

another problem is, that one customer cant open pdfs made with acrobat distiller 5. no matter if i choose "screen", "ebook", or any other setting (he also works acrobat 5)!!! i solved this problem using my old distiller 3.0. suddenly it works. but i havent found the origin fault with version 5... maybe the origin lies in the net (server, firewall...). anybody constructive ideas???
