I am trying to update Adobe Reader, from Update within the programs Help menu. It fails to install asking me to close "Program Manager", but I don't have such an application open! I have closed all running programs and it still requests the same when I 'retry'. It leaves only the resident programs and none of those are called "Program Manager" either, at least in Task Manager! Can anyone suggest what the installer might be wanting? Thanks Nigel
