You can do an ATM search (Go to the "Add Fonts" tab, then choose File>Search). Trouble is, it will dump all the 2700+ fonts in one folder and you then have to to sort them out into sets. Possibly, you might find someone who has already done this and you could then import their font sets. This is not a new issue. People have complained about it before. But do you really need all the fonts installed? > It will take you an hour to load any Adobe application - they all load all installed fonts before they start! Dov or Thomas will probably correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding was that apps like ID and PS only check to see if there have been changes to the installed fonts and they do not load all fonts every time they start.
