I'm afraid that there is no quick method of making each track sound the same volume. There are plenty of ways of making the peak or average level the same but our ears don't respond to audio in quite the same way as the software does. My current method for doing this is to give each song on the CD its own track in the multitrack view. I'll put the songs in the right position on the timeline and make sure that the pacing of the CD is right by adjusting the gaps between songs. I then pick one song as my reference and adjust the volumes of the others so that they sound right together. Sometimes I'll add other effects like eq or compression on particular songs - that's the main reason for giving each song its own track. If you are using Nero I would suggest placing cue markers where you want the start of each track to be and then export all the audio to a single file. You can then open this file in Nero and Nero will automatically recognise the cue markers embedded in the file. I hope this helps. Cheers. James.
