Installing Version Cue on server machine

I would like to install Version Cue CS2 on a seperate machine to act as a server.

However, it is already installed on my machine as part of the CS2 instalation.

Can I just uninstall Version Cue (using the uninstaller program) and then install it on the server machine.

Will this work? Are there any issues with activation (do I have to deactivate Vesion Cue on my machine first somehow?)

I hope I don't have to buy the whole suite again just to do this.
