Hi, We've been gettin a lot of [2004-08-31 12:04:13,040] [Thread-12] [DEBUG] Returning a SOAP fault: Could not open 'file:///C:/templates/testing.psd' because the slices were in an unsupported format. error messages lately. It seems that it happens (sometimes) with files created using the new Photoshop CS. We don't know exactly how to reproduce it. Sometimes, making a new blank psd file and copying the old layers over solves the problem, but then again sometimes it does not. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks Jorg Heymans
