Most definately, Scott. I bet the hangup is losing that savory double-click-edit. Is there a way to preserve Visio's recognition with some other file format? I got away with it in MathType, because MathType can store its equations in EPS format. So, I changed my Windows control panel to open EPS with MathType, and still have double-click edit within Frame, with referenced equation graphics. But, I don't know that you'd be able to pull that trick with Visio. In either case, I definately think it would be best to get those graphics extracted.
