RESOLUTION -

In the EDD, each paragraph-level element was associated with a specific FrameMaker paragraph style.

When I applied the conversion table to the document (an appendix file), the conversion table overrode all MANUAL PAGE BREAKS in the original document, reducing the page count by 43 pages.

Sounds like we need a new paragraph format that always starts at the top of the next available page.
