My sgml file has an empty element in it (GRAPHIC). What I would like to happen when the file is opened in FM+SGML, using the appropriate application, is that FM would insert an anchored frame and place a specific graphic in that anchored frame. I also want the frame to be the exact size of the graphic. Could someone give me some information on how to do this. What - if any - read/write rules are needed? What things do I add in the sgmlapps file for the application? I have searched through the developers guide and experimented with certain things but have not yet managed to do it. The closest I have got is to define the element as a graphic element into which a graphic is to be imported. When I open the sgml file in FM, the FM file does not have the empty GRAPHIC elements. However, when I insert the GRAPHIC element via the element catalog it inserts the frame correctly but then I have to manually import the graphic. I am using FM 6 on Windows 2000. Thanks to anyone who can offer some pointers.
