Thanks, Art. I contacted Tech Support and they were stumped. They suggested recopying files as a last ditch effort (possible corrupted font). Tried Distiller as default. Single files can be used, but crash on a random basis. All files in book open. Crash not consistent - all files work fine on my home machine with same level of patches. 2 GB RAM on XP Pro, about 50 GB disk space. If I can't fix, we will do a new disk image and start over. I will post if I find a fix.
